Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Identified various cost reduction opportunities of Semiconductor capital Equipment by analysis of costed BOM, system design, etc.
• Prepare and present the following details about each opportunity to stakeholders and executive-level audiences
• Cost reduction idea details, % MCOS/TCOS savings, should-cost
• Initial validation of cost-saving possibilities- strong technical explanations, design review, calculations, system-level impact analysis
• Experience in supplier cost negotiations, Implementation of cost reduction design in high-volume production
• Experience in Semiconductor Equipment, Semiconductor fabrication, and the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem
• Strong evidence of
• excellent leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent project Management skills for executing cost-reduction projects with
• leading cross-functional teams (ME, EE, System engineering, Product marketing, Mfg, supply chain)
• Technical problem-solving, risk mitigation
• Presentation skills, communication skills
• Tools - Smartsheet, UG -NX, Teamcenter
