What you'll do:As a Regional Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for QXO, you will be a field-based safety leader responsible for driving proactive risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and cultural transformation across assigned branch and transportation operations. Reporting to the Director of EHS, this role is critical to executing QXO’s EHS Strategic Vision, transitioning the organization from incident-driven compliance to a system-based, learning-focused, and resilient safety culture.
You will partner closely with operations leadership, transportation teams, and centralized EHS resources to anticipate risk, strengthen systems, and empower frontline decision-making, with a primary focus on preventing Potential Serious Incidents and Fatalities (pSIFs) and Significant Incidents and Fatalities (SIFs).
This role would support multiple states.
