In this role, you'll help working families understand their available supplemental benefits while building long-term client relationships—all from the comfort of your home.

You'll work with clients who have requested information regarding their available benefits, providing education, answering questions, and delivering exceptional customer service through scheduled virtual appointments.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Benefits Advisor , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Customer Service & Client Support

• Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Review existing policies and explain available solutions
• Assist clients with enrollment paperwork and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Help families make informed decisions regarding their available benefits

Professional Development

• Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
• Attend leadership development workshops
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team
• Continue developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills
• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
