Job Description

SAP BRIM Functional Consultant Introduction As a SAP BRIM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing processes, designing billing and invoicing solutions integrated with FICA and General Ledger, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate data flow into invoicing. You will also be involved in end-to-end billing and Order-to-Cash processes, data migration activities, testing, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing processes, including billing, invoicing, and document creation.
• Design and implement billing and invoicing solutions integrated with FICA and General Ledger.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate into functional designs and system configurations.
• Support end-to-end billing and Order-to-Cash processes, including invoice creation and adjustments.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate data flow into invoicing.
• Support integration with external systems for billing and invoicing processes.
• Assist with data migration activities and develop and execute test cases.
• Provide post-go-live support and ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain documentation including functional designs and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, billing, and technical teams.

Requirements Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with billing and invoicing configuration, including integration with FI-CA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end billing and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience supporting high-volume transaction environments.
• Experience with data migration, testing, and production support.
• Familiarity with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integration between CI and Convergent Charging and Convergent Mediation.
• Experience with invoice formatting, correspondence, and output management.
• Experience with financial integrations and revenue recognition.
• Experience in utilities, tolling, telecommunications, or other billing environments.
• Familiarity with Fiori, ServiceNow, and ITIL/ITSM practices.
