Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative , you will serve as a professional representative at live events, brand activations, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs .

You’ll interact directly with event attendees, donors, supporters, and community members while providing friendly customer service and sharing information about campaigns and charitable initiatives.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, want hands-on experience in customer service, event marketing, fundraising, communications, and community outreach , and are interested in developing into future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Engage with attendees, donors, supporters, and participants at live events and community programs
• Provide friendly, professional, and approachable customer service
• Share campaign, fundraising, and nonprofit information clearly and confidently
• Answer questions and help participants understand campaign objectives and initiatives
• Support event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site operations
• Assist with promotional activities and community outreach initiatives
• Build positive relationships with community members, supporters, and partner organizations
• Represent nonprofit and charitable campaigns professionally and positively
• Help create a welcoming, energetic, and engaging event environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve event and campaign goals

Entry-Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications
