As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you will be the face of Iron Crest Solutions, responsible for managing the entire customer journey from initial contact to a signed agreement. This is a unique opportunity to own your territory, build genuine relationships, and drive significant growth.
Engage directly with potential customers in their homes, delivering compelling pitches and showcasing the value of our telecommunications services.
Master the art of immediate rapport-building, quickly understanding customer needs and tailoring your approach.
Confidently handle objections with grace and professionalism, turning potential 'no's into 'yes's.
Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating terms and closing deals.
Maintain peak performance through self-driven daily activity, consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.
Leverage your keen observation skills to read people and adapt your strategy on the fly.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit, managing your schedule and territory effectively.
At least 6 months of experience in door-to-door sales (REQUIRED)
