What You'll Do:

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager, managing priorities and coordinating schedules and activities.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of key business initiatives and operational priorities.
• Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in providing administrative, executive, or operational support in a professional environment 

What Sets You Apart:

• Ability to anticipate the GM's needs, manage competing priorities, optimize schedules, track commitments, and ensure flawless execution without requiring constant direction.
• High level of advanced proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel mastery.
